JP Hayes
PartnerJP specializes in urban and suburban redevelopment land sales for all buyer and seller types. He manages all aspects of the transaction process for each individual client. JP has been in the commercial real estate business since 2006, previously serving as Senior Vice President at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), where he managed the Houston Team alongside Clark Dalton. He oversaw the full transaction process from valuation, pricing strategies, marketing, and client communication, to negotiations of the purchase and sale agreement through deal funding. Prior to joining DMRE, JP was an Associate Broker with SRS Real Estate Partners specializing in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and Investment Sales. JP represented national, regional and local tenants in assessing, planning, and executing their market strategy in Houston, Southeast Texas, and West Texas.
JP serves as a board member for Cornerstone Family Ministries. JP received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration with honors from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
JP has been married to his wife Kelly since 2013, and they have one daughter, Hannah. They are members at Second Baptist Church.
Clark Dalton
PartnerClark Dalton co-founded Urban Co. Real Estate with JP Hayes in 2020. Clark specializes in redevelopment land sales for urban and suburban markets. Clark uses his extensive market knowledge and transaction experience to effectively assist his clients in meeting their goals. Prior to co-founding Urban Co. Real Estate, Clark served as Senior Vice President at Dosch Marshall Real Estate, where he managed the Houston team alongside JP Hayes. In this role, Clark was responsible for overseeing the transaction process for the clients and business development by sourcing new land sale opportunities. In 2019, Clark was selected by the Houston Business Journal to their “Heavy Hitter” list for the land division, having sold over $47 million in land transactions that year. Prior to joining Dosch Marshall Real Estate, Clark served as Vice President of ARA Newmark land team and has been in commercial real estate since 2008.
Clark graduated from Baylor University and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas. He has been married to his wife Rebecca since 2012, and they have two children, Andrew and Caroline.
